Angry I can not believe it Ebuyer AGAIN

    Delete
I ordered a Saphire X800 XT Platinum From these W@,>/\rs a month ago yesterday.
And today i got this email

    Dear Sir / Madam,

Your order has been converted back into a quote.

If this occured without your consent then it will be due to one of the following reasons:

    1)Incorrect billing details.

2)Items on the order are now discontinued and need cancelling/replacing.

3)Shipping method has been incorrectly chosen.

    4) Payment declined

    5) Someone else's card has been used

    6) Incorrect card details

If you still require the order then you will need to replace it.
(Your quote can be found in the 'Account' section of the website)

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any annoyance and frustration caused by this unfortunate
    situation.

    Regards,
    Ebuyer Customer Support.

This is the third time now they have let me down with various sales
I can not put into words how upset i am about this latest cotastrophy

I would suggest that it is because they are having problems with supplies of XT PEs.

You have to create a new login as it is totally separate to the forum.

It is there to act both as a retailer rating system and a trust system for those who buy and sell on the Internet's public forums. It works rather well, I might add.

They couldnt get stock (same as a lot of other retailers), so they canceled your order....
No offence, but i dont see a problem there ?

Its annoying i agree, but its hardly their fault ATi's chips are sparse at the moment...

The problem was they could of at least told me what the problem was instead i was sent an email (as above in my first post) that told me absolutly nothing.
If they had of let me know i would of waited and they would still have me as a customer.

And yes i know they are in short supply thats why i had been waiting for the card for over a month
