    How long do I have?

Well, I have been haveing this very anoying clicking sound coming from my PC... I figuered it was a hard drive, perhaps a raptor! But instead its my PSU! This all started when I instaled my 6800 ultra and that 5th hard drive... The clicking in very fast and loud! I am asuming its just a mater of time till she blows or fries my hard ware... So, what do yous recomend I do?

    Heres the psu http://www.fspgroupusa.com/proddetail.asp?linenumber=80

perhaps put in some already broken hardware...turn it on wait till it blows
mabye leave it outside or something...watch the fireworks

then try and rma everything that was in there and the psu (try as hard as you can)

if they dont let you have anything, just get new psu, mabye buy one big hardrive and take the others out?

film it also i wanna see what happens............

So the clicking is indeed a bad thing? I'm not rich you know! I just spent 560 on a ultra and 70 on a hard drive... I have 100 saved for a tunner card.. now I need a new PSU? How about this one?

I think by lessening the l;oad it will stop, surely if it has just started with a 6800 Ultra and a 5th hard drive then those will require a huge amount of power. Just get rid of some of your stuff one at a time. Surely is the 5th HD needed?

Or get a case which supports dual PSUs. I wouldn't run 6 hard drives (wtf do you need 6 hard drives for), a 6800, and all that other crap off one PSU.

And since with those specs you obviously can't afford to buy a new PSU at the moment, you can spread the load over two cheaper ones.

I was thinking about that, but unfortunitly I only have room for a mid atx case... Things are really getting cramped in my case... While I have the cash (live at home with parents) I'd much rather save it! However I cant aford to have a power suply destroy my PC when it blows... My 12 volt rail is at 11.49, 5 is at 4.3 and 3.3 is at 3.3... Looks like shes dieing!

well, the two raptors are obvious... the 2 160's are for my music and dvds, and the 200 giger I just got is for CD images... And yes the 160's are full the raptors are at 65% and the 200 is at 75% full!
