installing a new font

downloaded a font from http://www.dafont.com/en/

i have a .ttf file

now whereabouts do i put this?
im guessing its in the windows folder?

can anyone give me the directory it goes to?

control panel, fonts, file, install font.

Or you can paste it into the fonts directory in your Windows folder .

You can also copy the fonts folder which is handy if you have a lot of special fonts and want to back them up.
