Easiest way is to reinstall Windows! Completely gets rid of it, and lets your system get faster for about two days

SpyBot S&D or Adaware sorts all that for me.

get adaware se personal at http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

    and hijackthis at http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html

you can then google for anything that looks dodgy in the registry - or alternatively post results here for advice from those nice, obliging hexus readers.

    Good luck

I recommend with the spybot S&D,

    the spyblaster http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

    Use the Adaware too.

One thing important is stop using the IE, is a target for spyware, you can use

AvantBrowser http://www.avantbrowser.com/, i recomend it, iam using it.

    or

    Ophera http://www.opera.com/, is good too.

    or

    Firefox http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

But if you want to stop spyware, stop using Internet Explorer.

one of the best is webroots spy sweeper... you can download it and update only once unless you buy a cheap subscription. But it monitors your favorites, start ups, scans your memory, detects all the spyware, removes and blocks bad cookies... ect...

    Try it!
