    What’s better? Memory setup question

    What’s better? Memory setup question

I have a SN45G2 shuttle with a AMD 2500 running at 3200 speeds my memory options are

768 of 2700 or 512 of 3200 I can run the 2700 stuff at 388mhz and the 3200 runs at 400mhz as default?

I would choose the 768mb of PC2700 - it runs at nearly PC3200 speeds, and the extra amount should more than make up for the speed deficit.

ok thanks mate, i was thinking of going that way to, as it seems very stable, i guess i could push my cpu higher with 3200 ram, but then not by much as winxp already picks it up as a 3200 amd
