Delete the directory it has created on the hard disc (wherever you chose to install it, ignore any warnings windows may throw at you in doing this) Standard installation will be c:\program files\ somewhere in that directory.

Go into the Windows directory c:\windows and open the temp file and delete anything that is in there.

Then go to the run command and type regedit press return

Click the edit tab on the new screen and click find

In find what type star wars (Dont check the match exact) press return

It will start to search through the registry for all star wars keys (If you have more than one star wars game on the system it will find them all) when it finds one make sure its for the game causing you the probs (NOT ANY OF THE OTHERS IF YOU HAVE ANY INSTALLED) then hit the delete key and accept it. Now press F3 to continue the search through the registry and delete as I have just mentioned when it finds relevant files until it tells you its complete.

Delete any shortcuts on desktop or on start menu it may have created.

Once complete close regedit down and restart the PC and try the installation again.

    Hope this helps
