    serial ata raid

    hi all

I have a nf7-s motherboard and have been using a serial ata hard drive, but over the past couple of weeks have installed a normal hard drive and installed everything but when i add the sata hard drive it does see the normal hard drive and keeps trying to use the sata one.

Im at a loss. I have a good feeling its something to do when the machine boots up but canna find where to change.

    Thanx for looking

    Tan

In the bios, make sure the boot order is set so that IDE is above SATA, and make sure the 'normal' disk is the primary disk on the primary channel, and that it's jumpers are set properly, and that should sort it (hopefully)
