Torx and Torx Plus are both 6 point, the difference is the shape of the points. Are you after the ones with the pin in the middle, or standard Torx plus? Wiha do a torx plus screwdriver set, but you might end up ordering from the USA. Wiha 36296 is the part number.
May be proper name is : Tamper-resistant-torx-plus as in the link below :
https://www.semblex.com/technologies...ant-torx-plus/
I am after Torx with 5 points start not 6 point, and yes i am after the one with the pin in the middle similar to link below :

No other choicebut you might end up ordering from the USA.
Did a bit more hunting, look like they were introduced to restrict access to the bits and drivers, so making them more secure. An old thread mentions this about 5 point torx
"IPR - 5 Point Security Torx Plus Bits Are Available for Order To OEM's and their Authorized Service Technicians. You must submit Written Verification Of Application Requirement to Purchase this product. Call Our Customer Service Department at:
800-494-6104 for additional information.
Not Available For Resale!
OEM'S & Their Authorized Service Companies Only"
Looks like they change the design of torx slightly each time the patent runs out.
Nearest I could get is, buts its sort of a bit set ish / long screwdrivers, but check they have the pin recess

they are also on ebay

looks like your looking for torx described as TS and IPR, I have seen individual Wera screwdrivers that are marketed as IPR, but have not encountered a set.

Looks like Facom do some as well, Halfords were a Facom dealer in the past, not sure now though

Possibly the wrong picture, but this does say IPR on the size

Well Flibb has pretty much nailed it here.
Nice find on the Wiha not used them personally but they do have a good reputation, Flibb you're someone who knows good screwdrivers
Wera does do an IPS but not in single screwdriver, they do one set that contains it http://products.wera.de/en/screwdriv...esd_20_sb.html replaceable heads but a 44mm long shank so might work and you'd get a nice screwdriver set as well.
EDIT: it's only a single sized head so might be the wrong size . . .
Can I ask what you're trying to get into?

do some good screwdriver bit sets, they are widely used in the gun trade. Rifles are bad enough, but messing up the screws on a shotgun can cost you thousands, especially when they are engraved.
Ok personally I'd look at L shaped Allan key type if possible it's easier to apply force to get a screw going.
Possibly one of the best screwdriver set I've had/used was one I got from maplin, just for the normal TORX 6 pointed star with pin, I got it mainly for the bits but I found the L shaped screwdriver was very good, not for doing lots of screwing but for shifting reluctant screws it was great.
That and a couple of Wera 10" shaft screwdrivers for hard to get at screws (nothing worse than casings with deep sunk screws ) where my main stays a work for a long time
