    Paypal And Stolen Credit Cards

    HI can you please help, I have had a payment, which i believe to be used via a stolen credit card how can i stop this payment or do a refund ie the same money which was sent and not my own??

    All help advice/appreciated

    Open up paypal.

    In your screen showing recent transactions, click on the details link for the suspected payment. When the page loads down the bottom is a link for refunding the total transaction to the buyer.

    This is the way to do it to avoid getting charged for it due to charge back.

    Hi i have done a search on 192.com and the surname of the buyer and 192 seem to add up??? what do you think
