Start Menu

I tripped, crashed into my chair, hit my mouse, and dragged it, and now the start menu is all the way up there!

I can't seem to drag it back into place

Click and drag INSIDE the task bar and it will move around the four sides of the screen (dragging the edge just changes the size)
