    Question 6600gt/psu info please...

    hi!
    i have 300W psu
    p4 3.0 ghz
    512 ram
    2x hd (40/8) GB
    1 dvd-rw
    1 cd-rw

    will this psu be enough for 6600gt?

    What brand? If it's a generic brand or Q-Tec, then you should probably try a different PSU. A decent brand such as Tagan or Antec might be able to handle it.

    ^^ what 'ee says. 6600gt's don't really suck down the juice nor does the rest of your system. However, generic noname PSU's can be a bit hit and miss. Why not look in the "For Sale" forum and see if anyone is selling a good 300-350W PSU?
