X850 XT - I/O Conflict

Apologies in advance if this has been covered before I have searched

I recently fitted a Sapphire X850 XT Platinum graphics card and now I am getting an I/O conflict.
The conflict is with the - Intel 82875 Processor to AGP controller.
I have installed the latest chipset drivers and I have flashed the bios but that does not help.
Any help would be appreciated, I must be missing something
