    Power for the graphics cards

I have just replaced the northbridge fan on my Asus A8N Sli motherboard. This needed the removal of the m/board and I was careful about being sure I recorded where things were plugged in. After finishing I swithched on, LEDs light up and fans spin, but I got the following message on the screen -

"You have not connected the power cable to your video card. Please refer to the 'Getting Started Guide' for proper hardware installation." - and the booting up would not go any further.

The card is a Saphire Radeon X800 XT PCiE. It has what looks like a power connection at one corner and a connector with a black and a yellow cable which was originally plugged into this connection. These 2 cables have a label saying "For use with Radeon X800 graphics cards only". I made sure that I re-connected this connecter when I put everything back, so I was a bit lost by the message about having not connected the power cable.
I tried booting with this connecter unplugged from the card and got the same message, which wasn't too much of a surprise, but also found that the fan on the graphics card was spinning even without this connector attached. Tracing the black and yellow wires I found that they were not connected to anywhere. They end in a rectanular black plug with 4 pins in a line. Seems this should be connected somewhere, but I can't see where and don't recall disconnecting it. Can anyone help please?
    Thanks

Try connecting that to any 4 pin molex from your PSU

OiD, thanks m8, it works now so I can shoot folks again. I must have disconnected it and not realised. First time I've down anything more than installing RAM. Much happier now.

    Thank you
