VERO-EBAY cancled my Auction! WHY??

Hope you can help me

Just got a email (below)telling me my auction has been cancled due to someone apparently complaining about Vero or something!
I was selling GENUINE office small buisness cds that came with my old pc. I had never used the software before and mentioned this along with some close ups of the discs as to show their validility! I can understand if i sell dozens of (Pirated)software at a time "as most do on ebay" But i dont! Also been looking at some completed auctions and there is many used MS software thats been sold without trouble! So why me,is it someone with a grudge?
Ps Been told if i list item again my Accnt will be suspended!

Was it OEM software? If so its illegal, as its sold with a discount, when attatched to hardware

However, if you throw in a 50p network card, its a whole different story I belive

yeah, just relist saying in the description that they are bidding for a audio cable, network card or whatever crap you want that is remotely hardware and with that they will receive what you actually want to sell as a free gift

Er, sorry to piss on your fire, but OEM software cannot be resold, as it's already been sold once with the PC, and is licensed to you. This license cannot be transferred.

Yes but you can give it away just as UM's post said!
So if anyone wants to buy a very expensive usb cable its on ebay soon! LOL!!

As caged said, really. You can't even give it away as it is licenced to one used, ie you. So even giving it away is wrong.

It's a fair point, but doesn't answer why you still see loads of actual "warez" CDs on ebay.

Pobably because they make lots of money from the fees of the large volume hookey software sellers, and therefore making single sellers an example is the easy way out.

I'd try it again as said above with the bit of useless hardware. Look for the wordings other traders use.
