Hi a bit of a Noob Qs! I am going to do a clean install of XP and i have put all my Folders progs on my 2nd HD (G-NFTS) ,as my OS is on another physical HD(C-NFTS) will i lose any data on the G Drive if i reformat the C Drive? Pretty sure i wont just wanna make sure!

Nope, just make sure you choose the correct one during installIf you are that worried, remove the second HDD for the install process.
