Taskbar Problem

Hi there,

The taskbar on my computer seems to be working fine, I have the start menu, the quick launch and any toolbars I want. However, any opened programs do not appear. It is not hidden or anything it is not there.

I didn't know it was possible to remove such a basic function. If anyone has any idea, I would be VERY gratefull as I do not want to reinstall the whole system just for that...
