    K8N - 2 sticks of RAM

    I Currently have a stick of CorsairXMS 3200 DDR400 CL2.

I bought another stick of the same stuff (so i thought), everything is the exact same apart from on the top hand corner of the RAM (old stuff) it says v1.5, on the same corner of the new stuff it says v4.5. Im not sure what this means, any ideas?

My motherboard is a asus K8N.

    Cheers

I would imagine the Revision number perhaps, it's not voltage, it shouldn't make any difference really, just means that they aren't technically matched pairs is all, but it doesn't really seem to matter. If your going to overclock you'd want your voltage set around 2.8-2.9 maybe a little higher but see how you get on, if your leaving at stock 200mhz then 2.6v will be just fine
