    CPU Throttling Program?

I was wondering if there was a program out there that would slow my pc down so I can play an old game. I'm trying to play Airport Tycoon but I can't read what people are saying as the speech bubbles disappear too quickly. Is there a program that would slow my pc down so that the game runs at normal speed?

The system requirements are as follows so I'd like to get my pc to run at something like that. I can't believe I want to slow my pc down after spending £400 on upgrades about a month ago

    System Requirements:
    Windows 95/98
    133Mhz Processor
    32MB Ram
    4X CD-ROM Drive
    100MB free HD space
    2 MB 16-bit PCI/AGP Graphics Card

Thanks I'm using cpukiller evaluation now. I suppose I'll have to buy the full version unless I can find something free that does the same thing. I tried using systool to underclock my cpu (Opty 146) but windows freezes when I try it.

Thanks. I'll give it a try and see if it works.
