Major help needed, PC stopped booting for no reason...

Okay, I left my pc downloading overnight and I woke up this morning with a blank screen and switched off computer. I tried booting the pc back up but it went into bios etc but when it went to go into windows it hung. I tried booting into safe mode but it hung when it got to

'windows\system32\drivers\amdagp.sys' (it was either that or 'windows\system32\drivers\agpcpq.sws - I cant remember)

anyway, when I put my spare generic graphics card in (2megs of video ram ) it boots up okay. Thing is, my main 3d card (Sapphire X800 pro vivo) must be working as it booting into bios and displayed it?

    So what is the problem?

also, I bought the card from ebuyer 8 months ago, who do I rma the card to? Them or Sapphire?
