windows loading screen just hangs

When i load up system, it gets to loading screen and hangs. I formated last night, and was ok until i did a restart earlier today. Can get in same mode ok, did restore to no avail, unistalled chipset drivers to no avail. Disabled all startup items too no avail....

Any idea before i format again..........

Does it stall with the "welcome" screen displaying permanently? It could be that a dialogue box is hiding behind it, so press the space key.

I expect you mean earlier in the boot process though, please clarify.
