Medion Sim2000 Sound Driver Help

Hi,

Does anyone have the sound driver for a Medion SIM2000 Notebook please? I cant find my cd and the drivers on the medion site dont extract properly.

I know quite a few people on here have these notebooks so was hoping someone could get the files off the cd for me.
