Hey guys (again!) im having a right chew on when im playing games where the x-hair/mouse will all of a sudden either start spinning upwards/downwards or flick down to the side.

Im using an Logitech mouse that cost about £15.00 so could it be the fact that the mouse is cheap and nasty or could it be the surface that it sits on?
