move the freeview box and see what distance makes a difference...

make sure the freeview box coax cable isn't near the PC or wound in loops (it picks up everything when wound in loops)

I tried all the obvious (removing usb wireless, moving freeview a way away....) and in the end after relentless google searching... i was doing a bit of soldering with my new soldering GUN! (£5 inc p+p) and when i turned it on (pressed the trigger the same loss of signal happened so i eventually digged out the equipment needed to plug my tv and freeview into another plug and it worked fine (no signal loss with pc and wireless on!)

The only thing that puzzled me is when i use the freeview remote the wireless usb dongle's ligt falshes i have this with my downstairs dvd player and tv remote so im not worried just find it funny .
