Microsoft Word 2003 random spaced print out

Hey Guys,

This has been an on-going problem in the work place. As the topic matter suggests, on a random occasion (we can only clock it to once a week at the moment), someone printing a letter from a pre-set template will find that a l l t h e w o r d s a r e s p a c e d o u t ...as you can see... and for no apparent reason.

We have checked over every orfice of office (pun? ) and find that neither the template or the users settings of page setup nor the printer setup had any anomolies (sp?). If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful, and I'm sure you'll agree that the random problems in IT are always the most frustrating!

The entire letter! The thing is we havent be able to duplicate this problem - as said before completely random apart form an apparent 1 letter every week.

Is it happening to the same user, or just randomly across a multitude of users?

so far its 2 users and this is based over several months, and on one of the users, an office 2003 removal and re-install - with no effect. really need help guys as its happened again today!
