    NT to 2000 migration

Anyone have recommendations on software to use for migrating data from Windows NT4 server to another server with Windows 2003? I would like it to be able to migrate the shares and the permissions. Any suggestions? Xcopy, permcopy, robocopy, secure copy, admt?
