spanish playstation one game to english?

i bought a spiderman playstation 1 game from ebay. when i load it,. it turns out to be spanish or somethning menu.

is there a way to convert it to english lanauge? or i take it back for a refund.

unless its got a language selection screen i very much doubt it!

Playstation seem to be a bit picky...my brother bought a PSP game from france (FIFA 07)...and so did i(Midnight Club 3)...mine loaded in english, his was french and you cant change the language, even the commentary is french

though i do remember sony saying that the PSP was going to be the worlds first universal console. not sure if they just meant that all games run on same format or if language changes automatically...more than likely its the 1st one

yea thats what i thought, u could at least change the language but i guess the cd is orignally a spanish version of some sort!

send it down to me...i can speak the language... though im not sure what "options" or "language select" is in spanish

Usually, Playstation games load up the language select screen right at the beginning if they have one. So if this doesn't, it looks like it will only use spanish!

Options in Spanish is 'Opciones', and Language is something like 'Idioma' , if that's of any help to you!
