can some one tell me the difference between 2mb cache and 4mb cache also what does 1066MHz mean sorry if it sounds dumb but im new to computers and just learning at the minute

are OEM and retail the same?

OEM - no heatsink & fan
Retail - comes with heatsink & fan. Warranty is generally longer too.

1066MHz - CPU FSB (front side bus) speed

2Mb cache - 2Mb of L2 (level2) cache on the CPU.
4Mb cache - double the above.

I strongly recommend you spend a few hours reading up on computers before takling a new build - it will save you a heck of a lot of grief in the long run.
