its obvious someone has grossly over-engineered a problem. I mean the 10gb fire stuff we use for the SAN interfaces are PCIe 16x for a reason.
This is just a pile of **** for morons who assume somethign expensive = good. Even apple aren't doing well tapping that market lately.

I did write a mini review, a 'thoughts on owning' it on another forum - tbh I don't think the speed increase that was talked about was up to much, I didn't really notice it - I play a lot of MMORPG's, & currently Vanguard, and did a bit of testing with it in and out. Though I am meant to put it in the DMZ and rely on the NICS firewall, not done that(that reminds me... maybe if i get bored I will
)
What I do like though is the bandwidth control - every process thats running on your computer that goes through that rj45 port is registered and you are asked what you would like to limit that applications bandwidth to, and what priority you would like it set at - i've got all my games set as priority 1, internet explorer as 3, some stuff like ftp etc set as 4, but a load of stuff I really have no clue what it is, completely blocked. And it's firewall is pretty good, but I have one on my router anyway. Have the port on my motherboard connected into my LAN, and thats the only link between the two setups.
Thing I wish it had was some sort of monitoring tool though.
