AFAIK (although a Hexus staff member may be able to clarify) the scope of eligible entries is set by the competition sponsor, rather than Hexus themselves. I'm sure there'll be plenty more competitions that are open to all-comers soon

That would be my guess also, tho I'm pretty sure they do their best to give a chance to as many of their readers as they possibly can, sponsors permitting. I'm not complaining, it's just the terms & conditions format changed slightly (it used to be in the bulleted part) and I held my hopes higher than I really should for a while. I was probably like one of those pull-string dolls while reading through the fineprint LOL
