Well the amount of people entering the competition should be rather large, otherwise the company that's sponsoring these would not get enough coverage to actually make it worth giving away an item. Yes they do. I won a Corsair PC from them last year. Everything I believe got shipped all the way here to the Philippines in around 2 to 3 weeks. The 7950 and corsair mouse that came with the rig were defective and were replaced within a week - no questions asked. So yeah, Hexus is the real deal.

Yeah, they do. Your chance is kind of low though, given that the question (and answer!) will be published on Martin's Money Matters and every other parasitical prize enterer's forum. That's why it's so nice that Hexus also gives us competitions that can only be entered by proper members with a decent amount of genuine posts!
