Since the prizes are sponsored they are shipped direct from the provider - they can stipulate their preference - there is tons of competitions and prizes and most are global.

Actually yes, you should.... well, you could if you really wanted to:

"Foreigners and non-residents can take part in the Spanish lotteries and the winnings are tax free, however, if the money is taken out of Spain it will be subject to taxation".

I believe they now tax 20% on wins over €2.5K, though...
