Just a quick note - the validation on the question about magazines doesn't allow you to select none of the options, and there isn't a "I don't buy magazines!" option.

I filled up the survey, entered my email address correctly but didn't get any confirmation password by mail. So, currently I'm stuck without being able to finish the survey as it asks me for the confirmation password I didn't get.

What can I do???

On question 40, "HP" appears twice in the list, while question 47 doesn't have a "specify below" field. Question 51 should have a "None" option, while Question 53 should probably have the options as checkboxes, since some people have more than one console. In my case, I have none, and I hope to keep it that way.
