With SCO's bungling case against Linux all but failed (along with its NASDAQ listing), Microsoft's decided it'd be better off going for its number 2* enemy itself.
At the weekend, Microsoft's top lawyer said Linux violated 42 MS patents, with a total of 235 patents violated when also considering open source software used with it.
Of course, you all remember not so long ago that MS and Novell agreed not to sue each other should something like this come up... interesting.
