Don't forget, the idea was to take on board some of these resolutions as of yesterday. Has anyone done so?

Ordered some more supplements last night, got a bottle of water sitting here on my desk and going to the gym after work.

2008 will be the year for me to get into shape

Well I've been inspired by Rave and am looking to give up the sauce (albeit only for a couple of months in my case, the idea being that when I start drinking again I'll be drinking a lot more in moderation than I have of late.), and once my ankle is up to it again I'll be jogging 3 or 4 times a week. On top of that I'm binning fast food and takeaways (I've had waaaaaaaaaay to many chineses and pizzas this past year).

It's not much, but it's a start. I'm hoping it'll get me back in shape a little (or at least rid me of my gut and moobs)

Go Rishi, go Rishi, go Rishi!

Splash, that's a great start. Keep it up!

Out of curiousity, has anybody decided to take the new year as an opportunity to quit smoking? If so, well done!
