'So, we're paying almost £100 more than gamers in North America.'
You'd have to be a fool to accept that. A ton more for the same gear?
Obviously EA are hoping to get a slice of the total mug market.

Hmm... I'm going to Florida in June, may buy the game over here, and the accessories over there. Wonder how big the box for it is?
Diablo (Main PC): Corsair Air 540; Gigabyte Z77-D3H; i5 3570k @ 4.4Ghz; 16Gb Corsair Vengeance PC3-12000; 120Gb Samsung 840 EVO; EVGA 980 Ti Hybrid; 2x Dell U2414H; Windows 10 x64.
Imperius (VM Server): 2x Intel 5640, 64Gb RAM, 2x1Tb, 6x Intel NIC, VMware ESX 5.5
Tyrael (File Server): Synology DS410 w/ 4x HD154UI; 2Gb RAM; DSM 5.2
The box is roughly 100x50x50cm.
If you travel lightly packed you should be able to get it in the cargo hold no probs.
NOTE: If you import a version now, you'll need an NTSC XBox 360 as it's region locked on that platform.
The PS3 version isn't region locked but as of right now none of the DLC is available on a European PSN account.
If you're lucky enough to have a US-address based credit card to load up a US PSN account then you can get the DLC, if not, you'll have to wait until the DLC is released over here.
The other option is to buy some PSN cards (like the Xbox LIVE cards) over in the US and load them onto your account back in the UK.
spandex it up and take screenshots!!!
