    they would have to pay me to have a case like that. Completely vulgar.

    I don't understand how they can get away with using such immense premiums with their computers.

    I have to agree that the price premiums are extremely high for what you get, fantastic systems though.

    I'm building my new computer atm and spent some time on their website building the system and changing some of the components and found that I could have the old component and new one (I changed/upgraded) for less if I went out and bought them myself.

    Its a shame because I bought a laptop a few years ago from Alienware that's still going and lasted me well over the years.

    Talking of alienware laptops, a mate of mine bought one and has had nothing but problems since he bought it. DVD drive, battery, windows license, keyboard... if the customer service had been quite good and helpful i dont think he would mind so much but it wasnt and instead of sending the laptop off for repair they sent him the parts and instructed him on how to fix himself.
