    Bit confused from the article.
it isn't being developed at Konami HQ, instead, development has been transferred to California-based Double Helix games, who have little experience in the genre.
and then later on in the article:
This time around Konami is going to take us deeper into...<snip>
So is it still a Konami game only the work has been sub-contracted to Double Helix or has Double Helix taken the reign of this gaming series?

Glad there is more to this series though. Enjoyed the previous games I played (Silent Hill 1 and 2), very atmospheric and were great games to play along side Resident Evil series.

I am quite looking forward to this, hopefully it will be more like the first and second games in the series. 3 and the room didn't quite have the right feel to them

Sorry! Konami is still the publisher, just not the developer anymore. Konami still write all the press releases, so when I get any information on the game it's come from them. However, they've given control of development to Double Helix. Confused myself for a moment!

This looks a LOT more like SH2 than the previous 2, which definitely a good thing. 3 wasn't bad but The Room was rubbish.
