Intel did something similar to this years ago and then they came up with the P3
after seeing the competitions chip at the foundry , wonder what will happen now ??
Don't forget, Intel had a ARM license with it Xscale processors. They must know ARM processors inside and out, remember that in 2006 Intel sold off this divisioin to Marvell. Intel then soon announced Atom.
