In the same pricing region as other mini-itx motherboards, and a lot of those don't include a CPU, or come with rubbish integrated graphics... so I'd say not bad.
Pretty good pricing that if you ask me. For mini-itx with a cpu at launch.
Hopefully it will be sub £100 in a few months too.
As long as the 330 model comes in at a RETAIL price of £125 INC VAT then I am in for a couple.... but if its plus VAT then its looking stupid.
Looks a good board - passive (great for HTPC), 4sSATA (NAS/server) but PCI-Ex16 seems a bit silly... I mean what good is an HD4670 or 4850 if you have an Atom powering it all?

Yeah, it's probably about the price you'd expect - given the amount of oomph the Dual core version should provide I'd definitely be interested - very mini-htpc friendly. After all, a 9300 mATX mobo will set you back £80 - £100 on it's own. mini-itx will never be as good for the budget-concious as mATX, but for the space / size concious these make a very compelling case...
how about intel putting a x16 on their next little falls iteration? no, not going to happen is it.

Could be interesting if it doesn't have the weird power supply arrangement of the Zotac dual core atom
Three monitor outputs, would have been better to use that space for something more clever like E-sata , wifi or something. £120 is quite expensive.
You can get a good AMD dual core and fully integrated M-ATX mobo for less than £100 and it would beat the socks of the Atom at this price.
if i had a pound for every time iv heard that daft argument...... id have enough for a descent netbook by now (which by the way, if you spend a bit more would get you a 15" real laptop dont you know!!!!!!!!! )
mini itx boards have always had a price premium, if a m-atx is a suitable alternative why would you be looking at m-itx in the firs place

I remember seeing some on eBuyer, think it was graphics cards. The mITX stores will have this regradless, seems like a great board at quite a good price.
You miss the point completely. These ION boards are very specific purpose, they are for systems where size, power draw and heat are the relevant factors, not performance. If it can decode 1080p content and surf the web (maybe even with a little CS:S or WoW thrown in) then it fits the performance requirements perfectly. Obviously it's useless in the performance sector, it's an Atom. You pay for what you get, and for what you get it's a fair price (you could complete the system for around the £200 mark).
Am i the only one going "ooooooooh its passive"?
Sometimes i feel like such a geek, even on a geek forum.
