    Another report like this... they are all coming out at the moment.

    A laptop i was fixing the otherday went up in smoke but it was at least 4 years old and it was a crappy Advent so i wasnt overly suprised. Does this happen to a lot of machines and just not get reported or has apples growth started to cause problems for them and they have had to cut corners?

    just for safety reasons, when my bro's german exchange kid was here i didnt even let him install itunes, now i know why

    I don't let itunes near any of my PC's. Simply because its a bloated piece of junk that uses a helper application at logon to make it look less rubbish and bloated, making any OS thrash take longer to boot. Pretty much like adobe reader then.
