T-Mobile have a nice fair useage policy on their data plans.
they even have ones for VoIP and the like too.
Plus i'm currently paying £25 a month, getting lots of calls n texts, with my mobile internet too...... Only on a 12 month lock-in. Orange on the other hand offer jack ****

I can't stand Orange's piss poor excuse for customer service.
Its frankly awful.

The thing about mobile phone companies is that no matter which one you choose, you'll always get someone saying "What? You went with Company X? Their customer service is rubbish, you should have gone with Company Y", although I have to say that the company I've heard the most complaints about is 3.
I'm with Orange, and although their broadband customer service was knuckle-chewingly bad when I had to try to help my mum cancel her broadband contract with them about 2-3 years ago, on the few times I've had to phone Orange regarding my mobile, I've never had any problem at all.
From a business pov its a good thing. But loss of jobs etc in this current climate isn't good. The majority of complaints come from Orange customers when they have to deal with their customer service. Yeah there are complaints for every company, but the majority is Orange. My O2 Customer Service has been brill for me. never had to ring T-Mob so don't know!
I've been with orange for years, never had a problem with them. It's Vodafone's billing that always gave me a headache, £400 instead of £30 taken from my account then it took me 4 weeks to get the money back.
Orange also have a rather nice UMA service which is something I'd like to see more of.
Aaaand...
