Updates is another good reason for running the latest Office (as well as windows). Have you seen how long it takes to get a XP system with Office 2003 up and running at the newest patch level?

W7 and Office 2003 is far far quicker and doesn't hammer your download limits.

I am looking forward to this, currently using the 64bit beta at home and i've got used to the conversation view in Outlook, actually makes finding things so much easier.

As soon as it arrives in our Action Pack I will be installing it on my work laptop

Yes it takes a little getting used to the ribbon, but once you have it and knowing a good amount of shortcuts, it doesnt take long to get around most of the office suite.

Yes because every app that isn't vi is for kids!

There is nothing bad about having an app that looks friendly and is intuitive and helps group tasks and commands.

I am loving the visual studio 2010 because of how much cool customisations you can do with it so easily because of the WPF base.

I agree, I prefer 03 to 07. The interface is more user friendly in 03 imo.

PS. I have an exam on the 12th may, woopy!
