What do you mean by "fair" internet provision? It's fair in that they state the amount, but paying £40/month and only getting 500MB? Please.
And what's with the texts? I'm not a big texter and rarely if ever exceed 200 texts a month. But 500 texts/month on a £60/month contract? Or is there a separate set of tariffs for the more text-avid amongst us?
The prices for this thing are insane. I just picked up the 16GB Samsung Galaxy S "free" on Vodafone for £35/month including 1GB data, 18 month contract (although that might be including a fiver off because I have a dongle thing with them already). Comparing it to colleagues' iPhone 4s, there's not much in it. One screen is bigger with far better colours, one is ever so slightly sharper, one doesn't lose massive amounts of signal if you hold it wrong, the other, er, looks a bit nicer. Yet you have to pay an extra £200? Oh dear.
For £30 a month on tmobile you can get the Desire or the Galaxy S for free, you get 600 minutes and unlimited texts and unlimited webnwalk. That's the contract I am on at present, the iPhone Tariffs are a rip on all networks it seems.
