BeHardware thermal characteristics is IMO an excllent report on GPU temps and they seem to keep updating it as the 460 is in there. The 480 is quite frankly scary! In antec sonata the beast starting throttling at 105!
I think the advantage the g200 had over the 4ks were the excellent coolers NV seems to be able to churn out consistantly. They both generate as much heat (260s and 4870s for example).
