May pick up Ico/Shadow of the Colossus HD and Skyrim up a bit later...

I'm waiting for Skyrim, though I'm a little hesitant that it's been further "consolised" and won't play nicely on a PC. When you sit there reading about how you use "left trigger" and "right trigger" to control the action, you start to wonder how you're supposed to also toggle mouselook comfortably.

Consoles are the death of games, not monetarily but quality and content wise. I quite like playing some console games and there is definitely a place for them but we seriously need developers to stop porting to PC, it doesn't work.
