It makes sense as they need to make more money and it's been like this for a month or two now, tbh as long as they keep the audio quality and keep adverts to what they are now it's a perfect system, the ad isn't in the way it's where another users avtar would be if you had 3 way call so can't complain, if it comes out and makes sounds then we have a problem!
I'm yet to find a rival to Skype audio quality as all the popular ones like vent and T's (even mumble now), sound like poo!
this was always going to happen...
Old puter - still good enuff till I save some pennies!
) Not bad. Unfortunately no alternatives, especially that could call Skype users. Will have to stick to this. However.. It's not that bad, I frequently use Skype to call abroad or even local numbers sometimes. Especially handy when you're away and don't want to roam. Bit pity for the Premium service to be bit too pricey.
It's a perfectly decent system. On the plus side it might brighten up conversations - “could spark additional topics of conversation that are relevant to Skype users and highlight unique and local brand experiences".
Ah yes, thinking about it, let's not go to the beach, let's go and buy post-its!

so no doubt it will be part of a forced update, use this latest adaware version or dont use the network? (as ms did with msn versions)
skype may not listen to ur conversation (i'm sure they will given time/technology), but doesn't hmg do it via gchq?
Luckily I just started to Skype on my iPhone so hopefully if I read correctly there will be no change on that side.
I'm not really bothered I always have Skype minimized even when talking to someone
