like er glasses do? I'm all for great ppi and resolution, but you'll need extra grunt to power it and battery life is the biggest issue for most smartphones already...

Any body else feel 5 inch screens are too big for a phone but to small for anything else?
This size would be just about right for in-car (plane, bus,... or any other passenger vehicles) entertainment systems built into seats ans such, and/or dashboard navigation gadgetry. Buy yes, I agree it's too big for a phone and too small for a tablet, if that's what you were thinking of? I wouldn't mind one on a smart remote control device for my entertainment center either (I feel 7" and larger tablets are too big for that and smartphones too small)...
