    the music apps are pretty fantastic. you can also get full integration with professional instruments where you literally plug the ipad into your instrument. i can plug my little usb keyboard into the ipad that powers from the ipad and use it with various apps, like the fairlight cmi. the real thing cost about 20 grand back in the day, i always wanted one, and now i do to some degree. sounds like crap though compared to modern gear

    i need to wait until i see uk pricing and specs etc together but i'm fine with ipad 1 for now
