    i think even the casuals must have to start cottoning on sooner or later there getting ripped off year in year out,

    a very stale and boring game these days

    Going to partially agree with you - don't think the later versions have got the replay value of the "classic" CoD's (e.g. 2, 4:MW). I've pre-ordered this and BF4 (good deals going that I wanted to take advantage of). Then again if this one - unlike the previous one - has a good story and pacing* then I'll give it a thumbs up. Pretty sure that it'll not get my GOTY vote though, and no way am I as eager to get my hands on it as I would have been previously. The destructible environments in BF4 have that one have more interest to me.

    (*BOps2 had a good story, but the RTS missions that got slotted in completely destroyed the pace and - to me at least - felt like a speed bump on a motorway).

    Career status: still enjoying my new career in DevOps, but it's keeping me busy...

    i love the idea and the story should be made into a series of movies ..
    Playing the game for me is a different story !
