    Just arrived

Just a note because I haven't seen anyone else say it.

The black has the matt soft touch on the back and the sides.

White has black glossy sides with a matt white back and a white circle speaker grill of the front!

    First impressions.. Bitchin'

I think my current sim is a little damaged, it works in certain of my old unlocked phones, and doesn't work at all in others.

I'm going to do a sim swap to the micro, so it depends when that giffgaff packet gets here...

But I may give it a bash!!

*edit, I found a micro sim! going to the office now to pick up the phone...

Now updated, unlocked & rooted and just discovering the joys/limitations of Voice Control. Doesn't seem to have an always listening/wake up control like the Moto X . Otherwise seem to be liking everthing else apart from the furthest left homescreen being the default one (a la Touchwiz) instead of the middle one like in Jellybean. As others have said it feels really good in the hand, much better than the HTC One

How is battery life fairing up? Noted previous comments from folk, but en-masse, is it the delight people are hoping for? If it is I know what my wife is getting for an early Christmas present.
